Filing a claim
We always want to make sure that your claim is handled promptly. To file a claim, please call 1-800-help point or 1-800- 435-7764 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
Before filing a claim make sure you follow these steps first:
- Make sure that you and your family or passengers are in a safe place to file the claim.
- Be careful when filing a claim while on the side of the road.
- For ease of processing, please have your policy number available.
- Our claims department will be happy to assist you and solve your issue as quickly as possible.
